No – the Athena Institute pathway is designed to support women from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, with training tailored to your chosen pathway. No STEM background is necessary and we have no minimum requirement for higher education.
Yes, Spartans are typically employed by Sparta Global and receive a salary during training and deployment. Spartans are then able to secure pay rises every six months – dependent on performance.
Training will be delivered remotely, with opportunities to meet with your group in person. Client deployments can be across different UK locations depending on project needs.
