At HMLR, AI and Data Science are being used to improve internal efficiencies, with Spartans actively upskilling to lead in these areas:
- AI for Efficiency: Infrastructure Engineering Spartans have introduced new tech stacks that include the use of AI to improve their team’s efficiency processes, actively leading across Cloud/Infrastructure and Power App development activities.
- Transitioning to Machine Learning: Spartans initially deployed in Business Analysis roles are actively bridging the gap between Business and Data Science. Spartans have been instrumental in developing a genetic algorithm app, shadowing data scientists within HMLR, and pursuing Microsoft/AWS machine learning certificates to apply advanced data techniques to migration projects.
