Because these consultants arrived fully trained and equipped to adapt to Deloitte’s frameworks, they were able to act as productive, billable Associates within weeks of their deployment. Backed by Sparta’s robust onboarding and continuous feedback loops, the integration achieved a perfect track record: 100% of the initial Spartans had their contracts extended at Deloitte.
