IQ-EQ is a global investor services group supporting the administration, compliance, and reporting needs of the private markets sector. With over 3,400 people across 23 jurisdictions and more than $500 billion in assets under administration, following a period of successful business acquisitions which brought technologies, platforms, and people together, IQ-EQ needed to find a solution partner to scale up technology and operational talent in a flexible, ethical, and sustainable way. Talent needed to have the perfect blend of technical skills and operational acumen, enabling them to hit the ground running and add value to several key integration programmes from day one, all whilst maintaining a long-term mindset to support further digital innovation.

Deployed on a consultancy basis with an option to hire permanently after 24 months, the model gave IQ-EQ the flexibility to build long-term capability whilst continuing to support the growth of their technology function – with 100% of initial Spartans having their contracts extended.
