This is a strategically significant milestone for our Public Sector team. It’s the direct result of eight years of proven delivery across the Home Office, Department for Work and Pensions, and 15+ other government departments. G-Cloud 15 is the Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA’s) flagship cloud framework; the standard route to market for cloud buying across the entire public sector, estimated at £14bn over four years through September 2030. The Framework Itself
G-Cloud 15 is the largest of the GCA’s cloud frameworks, replacing G-Cloud 14, its Lot 4, and the separate Cloud Compute 2 agreement. It’s structured across five lots:
- Lots 1a and 1b: Cloud hosting services
- Lots 2a and 2b: Software services
- Lot 3: Cloud support; professional and consultancy services for cloud migration, management, and optimisation (where Sparta Global operates)
The framework was awarded on 6 August 2026, with G-Cloud 14 remaining live until 28 October 2026, creating a managed transition period. Suppliers awarded a place carry forward through term breaks, and new suppliers can bid at scheduled reopening points, creating a genuinely competitive framework beyond day one.
