Through our continued hard work in the Diversity and Inclusion space – creating equal opportunity in technology training and employment for women and nurturing a safe space for this community to learn and grow – we have been shortlisted for six awards for our services to women in tech.

Sparta Global has been nominated for the following:

  • Women in Tech Awards 2020
  • Best Employer for Training
  • Best Graduate Employer
  • Best Tech Employer (50-500 employees)

Women in Tech knows closing the gender gap is essential to growing the tech sector. Its awards recognise and celebrate industry employers and suppliers that go above and beyond to excel in promoting gender diversity.

  • Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2020
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
  • Diversity and Inclusion Employer of the Year
  • Diversity and Inclusion Rising Star of the Year (Spartan, Neveen Elasar)

The Women in Tech Excellence Awards (formerly Women in IT Excellence Awards) offer another opportunity for organisations and individuals to achieve top-level recognition for their role or support of women in the technology space and provide inspiration for younger women looking to build a career in our industry.

We are incredibly proud to see Sparta Global named as a Finalist across these two awards - for our inclusive training and employment opportunities - and for Spartan Neveen Elasar to also be named as a Finalist for her exceptional work as a trailblazing young woman in tech.

Despite the challenges of 2020, companies can and do flourish in times of crisis by taking inclusive actions. Through our dedicated D&I Advisory, we are teaming up with organisations in all sectors to build a community of industry leaders dedicated to fostering positive change and share our best practises around inclusive hiring and community growth.
