At Sparta Global we believe that creating a more diverse workforce is a team effort. We feel that all companies need to be taking accountability for their performance, but also that supporting each other to make changes is important.

We’ve been supported by Code First: Girls, a fantastic organisation that helps women learn technical skills, with guest talks at our Academy. By raising the importance of inclusion in the tech industry for our trainees, we’re ensuring our Spartans, people who’ll be tech leaders in the future, are informed on how important this issue is for the industry.
