With 20 years of experience in finance, including roles in a US technology multinational and a City asset manager, he brings deep expertise in financial modelling, performance analysis, and business partnering.

Throughout his time at Sparta Global, David has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s financial foundations. He has led improvements in data quality, reporting stability, and forecasting discipline, ensuring the business has a clear and accurate picture of performance at every level. His efforts have helped embed a stronger analytical culture and strengthened the financial framework needed for future growth.

David brings a calm, structured, and collaborative approach to his team, encouraging open discussion, accountability, and confidence in delivering high-quality analysis. Outside the office, he is passionate about music, aims to read a book every week, and finds balance and inspiration in time spent with his children.
