Lynton Barker

Lynton Barker is Chair at Sparta Global, providing strategic oversight and guidance to support the company’s growth, operational development, and long-term objectives. He works closely with the leadership team to shape organisational strategy, drive performance, and ensure the business continues to innovate within the technology and education sectors.

He brings extensive experience from his time as a Partner at PwC, where he served on the Board and led the Consultancy Services Division. Since retiring from PwC, Lynton has chaired a number of companies with SME beginnings, including Hedra, Active Risk, and Xalient, helping teams build capital value, develop scalable operations, and successfully transition businesses to the next stage of growth.

Outside of his professional commitments, Lynton is a passionate musician, playing bass guitar with like-minded enthusiasts.
