Meenal Pankhania is Group Financial Controller at Sparta Global, responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations across the organisation. Since joining the company in 2022, she has helped strengthen reporting processes, streamline workflows, and support the business with high-quality financial insight.

A Certified Chartered Accountant, Meenal brings extensive experience across internal and external audit, management and financial reporting, operations, tax, and treasury. Before joining Sparta Global, she spent nine years within the UK and Ireland division of a global IT consultancy, followed by four years at a private equity firm focused on sustainable investments. Her broad technical background has shaped a pragmatic, commercially aware approach to financial management.

She leads with integrity and professional judgement, empowering her team to work confidently, collaboratively, and with high levels of trust.

Based in Hertfordshire, Meenal enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children’s sporting activities, dining with friends, and travelling to warmer climates.
