A CMI qualified leader, Rebecca has progressed from Junior Software Trainer to Leadership and brings both operational rigour and strategic vision to her role, overseeing a portfolio of industry-aligned technology programmes and leading a team focused on delivering measurable outcomes for learners and hiring partners alike.

At the core of Rebecca’s leadership philosophy is a belief that talent and potential is everywhere – it simply needs to be found and developed. Outside of work, Rebecca is happiest when active – whether walking, cycling, running, or in the gym and on the yoga mat. A keen theatre-goer, she also finds balance in her quiet, coastal hometown on the Kent coast.
