This is why Sparta Global removes conventional barriers to entry for individuals from non-STEM backgrounds and underrepresented groups. Our AI & Tech Institute pays our Spartans throughout training, accepts those without prior technology experience, and supports communities from career changers to ex-forces. How we’re building diverse capability for the future
Experience is not critical
Sparta Global is an equal opportunities employer. Future Spartans do not need to have prior technology experience to join the AI & Tech Institute and qualify for employment.
You do not need to be a graduate, to build a new career
Sparta Global works predominantly with graduates, but non-graduates and those from other under-represented communities (career changers, returners, ex-forces) are all welcome to apply.
Funded training
Full-time expert-led and curated AI & Tech Institute training is entirely funded by Sparta Global. There is no cost for learners.
Paid training
All Spartans will earn-while-they-learn, receiving a salary throughout the duration of their training.
No exit fees
Sparta Global does not have any exit fees or training bonds.
