Georgia Stanley is a remarkably dedicated and driven technical professional who highlights how a high-calibre analytical mindset can be successfully channelled into elite software engineering. After graduating with a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from The Open University – where she mastered advanced critical evaluation and complex communication – Georgia elected to pivot into the tech sector. Seeking a pathway that provided practical engineering depth, she joined Sparta Global in September 2025 via the highly competitive DevOps pathway.

In her time at the AI & Tech Institute Georgia focused on translating her strong intellectual foundation into robust engineering capabilities. The rigorous training strengthened her technical foundations, equipping her with the practical, hands-on automation and deployment skills necessary to seamlessly transition into high-stakes, production-level environments.

Georgia’s technical competence and resilience resulted in a critical deployment within the UK Public Sector, where she currently operates within an Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. Entrusted with vital security and operational responsibilities, she plays an integral role in supporting and safeguarding core public systems. Her daily technical remit centres on managing essential access workflows, maintaining infrastructure security, and actively identifying opportunities to innovate and streamline operational processes.

Her standout performance, technical adaptability, and passion for technology earned her the prestigious recognition of November Spartan of the Month. Consistently demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to delivery, Georgia excels at collaborating across technical functions to drive efficiency and modernise critical public service workflows. She stands as a premier example of non-traditional talent achieving rapid technical success, delivering secure, scalable, and highly optimised infrastructure solutions.
