Sibel Hassan is an accomplished technical professional with a passion for technology that became elite software testing success. Graduating with a degree in Software Engineering from Buckinghamshire New University, Sibel excelled by mastering the logical and analytical dimensions of software development and testing. Eager to deepen her specific automation capabilities and establish a high-impact engineering career, she joined Sparta Global in February 2024.

During her time at the AI & Tech Institute – undertaken within the inspiring all-women Athena programme – Sibel sharpened her technical edge. The rigorous curriculum focused heavily on the engineering tools and testing frameworks required to transition seamlessly into complex, enterprise-level digital delivery teams.

Deployed as a Test Engineer within the UK Public Sector, Sibel has rapidly established herself as an elite technical contributor. Operating within a large, high-velocity development team, her technical remit is highly sophisticated. After just seven months on assignment, she was appointed as the Lead Tester for a major migration project. In this vital role, Sibel owns the end-to-end testing lifecycle; she rigorously tests backend APIs before frontend development is completed, executes meticulous manual frontend validation, and architects and updates automated test suites to systematically verify new platform features.

Her standout technical ownership, rapid professional growth, and superior delivery earned her the prestigious recognition of December Spartan of the Month.
