No, you are employed from day one and receive a salary from your first day of training. We fund your training too, as we believe you have the potential to be a future leader in tech.
75% of our trainees are assigned to their first roles before they even complete training at our AI & Tech Institute, while others may have to interview after training to secure their first assignment.
Our business is built on providing people with training that leads to genuine consultant opportunities, and we only run courses when there is demand in the industry for your skill set. For this reason, we are confident every successful Spartan will find a job with us. However, there is always a small risk that we can’t guarantee you a job.
Our priority is getting people into work as soon as possible, we do try to match Spartans with industries they are passionate about, but you cannot choose your client. You must be flexible as a Spartan consultant.
Our training is the first stage of your employment at Sparta Global and is full-time, 9-5pm and five days a week. All training is currently remote, and classes are run in a lesson-lab-lesson-lab format with frequent changes in pattern and format to be engaging and enjoyable.
We cannot guarantee job opportunities close to where you currently live and must ask all Spartans to be geographically flexible.
On your consultant journey, you agree to work as a Spartan for 24 months. This contract length enables you to truly take advantage of the exceptional employer partnerships we have created, continuous pastoral and professional care, and regular pay increases that will enable your career to mature quickly.
