At the completion of their Academy courses, our trainees transition to ‘Spartans’ and are assigned to work on projects with Sparta Global clients across the UK. We now attract, train, deliver and support business and technology professionals for more than a hundred organisations across the UK and Ireland, including: the Home Office, ASOS, Three Mobile, Direct Line Group, RBS and many more.
All Spartans are geographically flexible, offer a refreshing alternative to outsourced IT models and are a cost-effective way for companies to build and sustain future talent pipelines. Employees for the duration of our programme, Spartans are also an IR35 compliant resource.

Sparta Global provides free business and technology training for six to ten weeks as part of a continuous learning journey, in areas such as; Software Development, DevOps, Testing, Data and Business Analysis. Our Academy courses not only nurture exceptional analytical knowledge in our trainees, but collaborative skills too.
At the end of a Spartan’s 24-month employment period with Sparta Global, Spartans have a number of options: become a permanent member of staff with a client, remain a Sparta Global employee or leave to consider other employment options.
