What and where did you study at university?

I completed an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

When did you join Sparta Global and how did you decide it was the right career move for you?

I joined Sparta Global and began my placement with my client in September 2023. I was thrilled to discover an opportunity to work in the Change field immediately upon graduating and felt that Sparta Global offered an inclusive and supportive space to grow my capabilities.

Can you tell us about the connections you have built through Sparta?

I have been fortunate enough to meet a wide range of inspiring individuals throughout my time with Sparta. Through my client placement, I am grateful to have frequent exposure to senior leaders that act as role models for my personal and professional growth.

Tell us a little bit about your day-to-day role and your current position within the company?

I am a Transformational Change Analyst in a multinational energy company. I support large-scale strategic and behavioural change initiatives in the digital technology portfolio.

In addition to being responsible for change and communications deliverables for various projects, stakeholder management is a key element of my role to ensure the efficient delivery of project outcomes. My work has included behavioural change programmes, a centralised automated onboarding portal for several areas of the business and assisting in organising a development forum for senior leaders.

How have you found your first tech role?

I have enjoyed the exposure to the world of tech, particularly as it brings numerous opportunities to work on change initiatives affecting diverse stakeholder groups. In such a shifting landscape, I thrive in supporting others to achieve human-centred and value-driven outcomes.

Do you feel you now have the passion and skill to carve a long-serving career in technology?

Certainly. With my domain knowledge and ever-growing pool of skills at my disposal, I am well-equipped to pursue continuous development that will facilitate my growth in this industry.

What are you looking forward to doing in your new role?

As I take on more responsibility and engage with higher-level stakeholders, I look forward to gaining more exposure to various teams and their ways of working. Additionally, there are several avenues for continued professional development through both my client and Sparta, and I look forward to exploring new skills.

How did it feel to be named Spartan of the Month?

I am honoured to receive this acknowledgement. It’s my pleasure to strive for excellence and client satisfaction and am glad to be recognised for my work.
