What does Sparta Global do?

Here at Sparta, we help graduates, non-graduates, careers changers and returners kickstart their career in technology. The process begins with 8-10 weeks of paid training, equipping our ‘Spartan’ consultants with in-demand business and technology skills, as well as the technical and collaborative skills required to succeed with one of our prolific clients.

What technology courses are available?

We hire and provide talent across Software Engineer, Data Engineering/Analysis, Cyber Security, DevOps, Automated and Manual Test.

How about business courses?

If you are passionate about bringing cutting-edge business skills to a leading, global company – Sparta Global offers training across Business Analysis/Product Ownership, Project Management and Test Analysis.

No experience? Not a problem!

  • Liinamari Astel, studied Politics and International Relations at university: “I think it’s a great opportunity to access training for a tech career if you don’t have the background already.”

 

  • Tea Matusinovic studied Psychology at university: “I really wanted to get into tech, but I wasn’t sure how to do this with my Psychology background. Sparta offered the perfect solution, implementing the business skills I already had, and teaching me the tech skills I needed.”

 

  • Oliver Tomkins did not attend university and instead gained experience in a variety of retail and sales roles: “It is the perfect way to step into tech with all the skills you need to thrive. Sparta does a great job at bringing people from all walks of life together to work in an industry that they are passionate about.”

 

  • Ioana Nicolae, studied Aviation Technology and Management at university: “The training was one of the biggest challenges as I had no prior coding experience… but I’m always up for a challenge and decided to give it a try. I have really enjoyed how dynamic and mentally rewarding the role is!”
