Sparta Global joins RiseUp with ServiceNow Placement Partner Program

Fastest growing UK hire-train-deploy company is accelerating future tech workforce for ServiceNow customers and joint partners

April 25, 2023, London: Sparta Global – the only B-Corp hire, train, deploy company in the UK specialising in the provision of high-quality emerging business and technology talent – has joined the ServiceNow Placement Partner Program to skill and train individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem, preparing them for in-demand jobs in technology. The partnership will provide organisations with much-needed talent to help customers navigate the era of digital business while expanding career opportunities.

UK businesses are facing continued challenges all at once – the drive to digitisation and automation, the challenging economic outlook, the continued impact of the ‘Great Attrition’ of talent, and the need to build and sustain emerging talent pipelines at pace in a highly competitive employment market. Sparta Global will leverage and extend its hire, train, deploy model to certify a quality, diverse, and flexible pool of ServiceNow talent, providing a career pathway for those from under-represented backgrounds and an opportunity for organisations to build a future workforce. The program will be built on ServiceNow’s approved training content and infrastructure.

Sparta Global’s membership supports RiseUp with ServiceNow, a global program designed to skill one million people on the company’s platform by 2024. The program also expands on the traditional definition of tech talent by emphasizing whole‑person competencies and “power skills” such as critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and creativity.

“ServiceNow’s platform is changing the world of work. With unparalleled expectations around digital transformation, ServiceNow is the go-to market differentiator,” says Mike Berry, Group Commercial Director at Sparta Global. “We are excited to provide diverse and resilient talent to support ServiceNow’s significant market position. Equally, through our ServiceNow training, certification, and career assignments, we know we can kickstart the careers of emerging talent destined for future leadership in our industry. We look forward to working with ServiceNow and helping organisations to move forward.”

“As more organisations look to technology to drive productivity and efficiency, digital talent is essential for success, but increasingly hard to identify,” said Cat Lang, Senior Vice President of global education at ServiceNow. “We are thrilled Sparta Global chose RiseUp with ServiceNow to help close that opportunity gap. Through the program, individuals will be empowered to build meaningful technology careers with a promising trajectory.”
