Test Engineering
Our Test Spartans possess fantastic attention to detail and organisational skills, and have also developed great imagination to perform obscure tests to find defects. During their training, they'll learn business skills, agile methodologies, linux fundamentals, SQL and various areas of API / Security / web and mobile testing. On top of this, they will gain an internationally recognised certification in software testing that enables them to work in Project Management, Team Lead, Scrum Master and Test Automation roles.
Sparta Global funds 8-10 weeks of training for each Spartan, with trainees recieving a salary throughout.
Our training team is made up of industry professionals who have fundamental experience of working in busy digital teams.
Our training focuses on experiential learning to build Spartans' business acumen and communication skills. All trainees must pass regular quality gates and assessments to progress, but end training with a final team project.
